How Kizuna stats increases are actually calculated

    You all know how putting a kizuna on increases the base card's stats. Just a quick note to all on how the kizuna stats increases are calculated, because it took me a while to figure out from reading the decompiled TWCC 3.2 binary. But JPCC is no different.

    Each character falls under a kizuna stats type with 5 parameters controlling the increases. And if you haven't noticed, yes they are dependent on the level of the character you're using as kizuna and for maximum boost they need to be MLB.

    The parameters:
    param0 = ATK boost at lv40, in percentage points
    param1 = ATK boost at MLB, max level, in percentage points
    param2 = HP boost at lv40, in percentage points
    param3 = HP boost at MLB, max level, in percentage points
    param4 = Multiplier for boost percentage points for matching affiliation ("home bonus")
    For Next Gen characters, if the kizuna is also its denju, both HP and ATK boost increases by 10 percentage points.

    The formula:
    HP boost % = param2 + (param3-param2) / (MLB level-40) * (level-40)
    ATK boost % = param0 + (param1-param0) / (MLB level-40) * (level-40)
    If affiliation matches, boost % = boost % * param4
    If kizuna is denju, boost % = boost % + 10
    HP = base HP + (base HP * boost % /100)
    ATK = base ATK + (base ATK * boost % /100)
    The boost increases linearly with level of character being used for kizuna.

    Most of the JPCC characters' kizuna stats type can be found on gamerch. For the TWCC characters, there will be another post in the TWCC section. As a rule of thumb for the SSRs, the "specials" are reward units, demons (except tenmas), ring exchange/recruit units etc. that can be MLBed without spending prysmas; "SSR"s are gacha units, tenmas and Hero v2.

    1* (1.5x home bonus)
    Regular: 4% HP, 4% ATK
    HP: 5% HP, 3% ATK
    ATK: 3% HP, 5% ATK
    2* (1.4x home bonus)
    Regular: 4-5% HP and ATK
    HP: 5-6% HP, 3-4% ATK
    ATK: 3-4% HP, 5-6% ATK
    R (1.5x home bonus)
    Regular: 5-8% HP and ATK
    HP: 5-9% HP, 5-7% ATK
    ATK: 5-7% HP, 5-9% ATK
    SR (1.4x home bonus)
    Regular: 6-11% HP and ATK
    HP: 6-12% HP, 6-9% ATK
    ATK: 6-9% HP, 6-12% ATK
    Gacha SSRs, Tenmas, Hero v2 (1.3x home bonus)
    Regular: 7-15% HP and ATK
    HP: 7-16% HP, 7-13% ATK
    ATK: 7-13% HP, 7-16% ATK
    Non-Premium SSRs (1.3x home bonus)
    Regular: 6-12% HP and ATK
    HP: 6-13% HP, 6-9% ATK
    ATK: 6-9% HP, 6-13% ATK

    For the really lazy or who cringes at the mention of TWCC :rolleyes:, there is also this page at gamerch. But face it, it is also based on this formula straight from the game.
